Dr Deb Roberts is a wellbeing advocate. She is a speaker, writer and yoga teacher committed to supporting individuals, couples, and teams manage lifestyle stresses through a bespoke mindful practice.
Her wellbeing model draws on the discipline of yoga in combination with her academic and field experience in public health programs and her own lived experience.
Deb teaches yoga in person in Melbourne and has attracted an international student base through her online classes.
She is the podcast host for the Mind Medicine Australia Podcast where she has interviewed international and Australian guests from all walks of life.
Deb is honoured to be a Beyond Blue ambassador, speaker and writer.
She is a regular contributor to Thrive Global, Medium and has been published through Sane Australia and The Butterfly Foundation.

Dr Deb Roberts works in many settings to promote self-care and community well-being. She is proud to support the national Australian mental health support service Beyond Blue as an ambassador, speaker, and writer.
Deb is available to present to corporates, schools, families, and individuals on a wide range of wellness topics that encompass decades of evidence-based studies, teaching and consulting.

YOGA
Deb teaches small group classes in person in her boutique studio, online and guest lectures at yoga schools.
Deb came to yoga after breaking her back 20 years ago. Yoga in combination with other health modalities strengthened her body and mind and assisted her recovery. She has practiced with mindful gratitude ever since.
Today Deb has completed over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training and mindfulness-meditation courses. She is a registered Senior Teacher with Yoga Australia, the peak body governing yoga education in Australia.
In 2019 Deb was invited to teach under the Svastha Yoga mantel. Svastha - which in Sanskrit refers to the state of complete health and balance – is a revered and respected global network of accomplished yoga teachers who provide health practitioners support and ongoing training.
